It is vital that when seeking therapy you find a therapist who you feel comfortable with.  This is why I offer all my clients a free, no-obligation initial consultation.

It's the perfect opportunity for us to meet & for you to discuss your needs & hopes.  I will then give you a quick & simple explanation of how the mind works with regards to your symptoms & how I can help. A lot of my clients say how much they benefit from this lesson in neuroscience & find it to be the first, encouraging step to feeling better.

I work with children aged 7 upwards, teenagers and adults.

Sessions

If you then did decide to go ahead with sessions then I would normally recommend between 6-12 sessions to really start noticing significant change. 

*Please note I never make promises on treatment timeframes. The number of sessions required overall is completely unique to the individual. Your commitment to the process is a must. I will help, support & encourage you wholeheartedly every step of the way. Alongside that, you should be consistent, open & willing for change in order to gain the most from our time together.

Sessions are between 50-60 minutes & can take place in person at my therapy room in Stable Park, Copthorne, or via Zoom video call.  Both ways are equally effective.  If you decide to work with me online all I ask is that you have strong internet signal & are in a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.

Fees

Individual session - £70

Block of 6 sessions - £360 (saving of £60)

Block of 12 sessions - £700 (saving of £140)

Smoking/Vaping cessation (2 hour session plus a follow up if required) - £200
