YOU'VE GOT THIS
A calming, confidence-building relaxation audio to help children feel calmer, manage worries and believe in themselves.
Because sometimes, children just need a little reminder that they really can handle more than they think.
Does your child worry, overthink or sometimes struggle to believe in themselves?
Maybe they...
- worry about school, friendships or what other people think
- get nervous when trying something new
- worry about getting things wrong
- become overwhelmed by big feelings
- struggle to switch off their busy minds
- lack confidence in themselves
- find changes or unfamiliar situations difficult
- sometimes need a little extra reassurance that they're going to be okay
As parents, we naturally want to take those worries away.
We reassure them.
We encourage them.
We tell them everything will be okay.
But we can't always be there when the worry appears.
What if we could help them learn some of the skills to calm themselves and build their own confidence?

This isn't about telling your child not to worry.
Because telling a worried child “don't worry” rarely makes the worry disappear.
Instead, You've Got This helps children understand that feeling nervous, worried or overwhelmed is something their brain and body can do — and that they can learn ways to respond.
They don't have to feel fearless.
They can learn to feel capable.
They can learn to calm their bodies.
They can learn to manage busy thoughts.
They can learn to trust themselves.
And they can learn to say:
“I've got this.”
Why I created You've Got This
I'm Georgina Taylor-Wyatt, a Clinical Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist, and I work with children and young people from my therapy room every day.
One of the things I love most about working with young clients is watching their confidence grow when they realise that they have more control over their thoughts, feelings and reactions than they first believed.
I regularly use simple explanations about the brain, relaxation techniques and positive mindset work to help children understand themselves and feel more confident about the challenges they face.
And “You've got this” is something I say to my young clients all the time.
Because I don't want children to believe that they need someone else to make everything okay.
I want them to start discovering that they have resources and strengths of their own.
That's why I created these audios — so children can have a simple tool they can return to whenever they need a little extra calm, confidence or reassurance.
Simple to use. Whenever they need it.
There's no complicated programme to follow.
No homework.
No worksheets.
No pressure to “do it right”.
Simply find somewhere comfortable, put the audio on and allow your child to listen.
It can be used:
π At bedtime
π§ When they need some calm
π Before school or a new situation
π During periods of pressure
π When their thoughts feel busy
β€οΈ Or simply whenever they need a little confidence boost
The more familiar children become with the feeling of calm, the easier it can become to recognise and access it when they need it.

You can't always be beside your child when they're feeling worried.
But you can help them develop the tools to navigate those feelings themselves.
And sometimes, all they need is a little reminder:
